I would highly recommend their service and I am hoping their good work stands up during our crazy weather.

  I first contacted Francisco Perez at Perez Roofing on July 22, 2023. They were one of five companies I reached out to. Francisco came out to measure the roof and… read more submitted an estimate on Jul 24th. I waited two days and received one more estimate. One roofer did not respond at all.

Not only was Perez Roofing the lowest bid, but I felt Francisco was the most responsive, very knowledgable, and open to my suggestions. Two bids were very high, and one was only slightly higher. But, I felt that Francisco and Perez Roofing would do a better job.

By Saturday July 29th, I had a new roof, completed in one day. He sent photos taken from a drone showing the work in progress, and the finished roof. My wife and I had gone out for dinner. Francisco sent the photos as we were finishing up, and by the time we got home at 7PM the clean up was finished.

Since then, I have been ghosted, despite reaching out multiple times. Considering our HOA paid thousands of dollars to Perez Roofing & Masonry to do this work, the repair should have lasted longer than 6 months. Disappointing end to a promising solution.
